Hiya, The GFI outlook integration synchronising popup keeps displaying messages for the same emails. From another thread on here, I've found out it's down to the Antivirus solution so I need to somehow exclude the GFI archive mailbox from the email scan Other than turning it off, which I obviously don't want to do, is there anyway of doing this ?

The Outlook connector stores a cache in your user profile by default. Search for *.FDB files and you'll find it quickly enough.
