Mail Archiving Question

After the install, I am trying to figure things out, figure I would ask a few questions before I dig deeper into the project.

Q: Can MailArchiver delete old mail from user boxes. An attorney has 5 GB in his inbox which is causes trouble with the exchange store limit. So I need the archive and have old stuff delete. Possible?

Q: Ideally, I want to select the certain people, not all people and have it archive and delete everything 90 days or order. Possibe?

kuurus,

1. Emails would have to be deleted from the Microsoft Exchange mailboxes manually

2. Yes this is possible by configured the users in 'Archiving and User Exclude Options'. More information on this can be found at http://support.gfi.com/manuals/en/mar5/mar5manual.1.22.html

Regards,
Ben Vincenti
