Guys I have this puzzling issue, some emails are missing in GFI Marc 6.1 connector inbox and user web interface, thou when you log on as system admin in Marc web interface search feature returns those emails for that particular user whose emails missed in his outlook connector and web interface sessions. Any ideas? Am under attack from my users...

We had a similar issue "affecting" Outlook connector, not web interface. Turned out it was a configuration issue: right click GFI MailArchiver Mailbox and then Properties -> Advanced -> Offline Access. If this is checked verify the number of days mentioned in the relevant box will be enough to show the emails you refer to.
If this is the issue it could be something similar with web interface, e.g. you are browsing wrong archive store (if you have multiple ones for different date ranges).

I think you have wrong ownership of these emails if you can view them using an Admin account and not the users themselves.
How where these emails exported?

Ian Bugeja users where able to view these emails a day before via outlook connector, its so ramdom, such that you open the same email the next day only to get a pop up Http error 500. I have reindexed the database several time..no help. I thinkt the outlook connector was not ready to be rolled out soon. Added to that mail Sync is not relaible as fas as moving emails to the rightfull folders.

Are you using firebird or MsSQL?
How many users have you got?

Already opened a support case, which is taking over 2months now to resolve, thought would get some answers in the forums.
