with the faxmaker client 14v3 and fax message form you have the ability to enter a billing code however after submitting the form it doesnt seem to reset the billing code. Just wondering if there is a way to do this as we will have people forgetting to change it and the wrong clients would get billed. thank you.

Hi, In the current implementation, the billing code is a global option and not a per-message setting, that's why it is stored for later use. Regards, Max Sushchenko GFI Software Ltd - www.gfi.com

i know when you send a job to the faxmaker printer it calls sendfax.exe....is there any way arguments or pararamters can be added to the sendfax.exe to execute a script or call another command? If so then i could simply call a script to run which would reset the reg key that holds the billing code. Thank you.

Hi, What you can try doing is fiddling with the following registry key: HKLM\Software\GFI FAX & Voice\Faxmaker\Configuration Mappings\fmprog.ini\General. It has ClientName registry value under it that determines which application to start in response to a print operation. By default it is the GFI FAXmaker Client Fax Form. You can try changing it to an application of yours that would clean up the registry and then spawn the actual Fax Form. Please note, however, that this is untested scenario, so use it on your own risk. Regards, Max Sushchenko GFI Software Ltd - www.gfi.com
