We are running FAXMAKER v12.  I know this version is no longer supported but the vendor that we use this with still requires this version.

When this software was installed the FAXMAKER services were setup to login with our DOMAIN\ADMINISTRATOR password.  To have better security on our network I have been asked to disable ADMINISTRATOR and replace it with another ADMINISTRATOR account.

To do this I need to change these services to this new account.  I have attempted to do this but FAXMAKER quits working after changing this.  What is funny is the services still start and the program still starts up.  I see no error messages but the queue stays empty and nothing ever gets processed.

If I change back to ADMINISTRATOR everything starts working again.

If anyone could be of assistance on what I need to do to change the USERNAME/PASSWORD on the services it would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen other customers create an account call FAXmaker, make that account a member of Domain Administrators, and the use this account to run both the FAXmaker server service and the FAXmaker message transfer agent service
