Can you try stopping, then starting the GFI Languard service? When doing so, do you get any errors?

Hi Drew, Since i got this kind of error " Failed to launch application" (3) Error 80131537. What i did is i uninstall the current GFI LNSS and try to install the latest build and then when i try to run again the GFI LNSS with the latest build i got the same error!. what should i do? Thanks!

Try making a copy of the C:\Program Files\GFI\Languard 9.0\Data folder on the server's desktop. Uninstall the application, then rename the entire Program Files\GFI\Languard 9.0 folder to Languard-OLD Reinstall and see if it works. If it does great, then copy in the Data folder you backed up and try to launch it again. Does it still work?
