I believe i have found it : BlockingMSG.html

right ?

But why when i do any customization, these characters appear on the top left of the page :

What are you using to edit this file? It is recommended you only use Notepad to edit the file manually. The use of Microsoft Word to edit this file may cause a lot of trouble.
