Scheduled jobs run when host is rebooted

Hi

It seems that any scheduled jobs are run when the serever hosting L:anguard is rebooted, regardless of what time they are really scheduled to run at.

This has two bad effects - 1) you may not want them to run if they affect users durring office hours & 2) as noted in my previous post on 'schedules' the set schedule time will be changed to 24hrs after the current time.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
