Hi,
I have problem with uploading reporting data from WM 4.1 to SQL 2005 Express database. We had running ISA 2006+GFI WM 4.1 since January 2009. Now I discovered that in SQL DB are last records from the 4.5.2009. Last changes for DB file are following: for .mdf - 15.6.2009 and for .ldf - 18.5.2009.
Size of DB is approx. 1,25GB.
When I tried to manually update report by Update Reporting Data Now button this status appeared:
Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

I'm trying find something interesting in app. log, but there is only information about installation update KB968078 from 18.5.2009.

Do you have any ideas?

Can you tell me the exact build you are running from the Version Information settings?

And update to 2009 is free? We have licence for 4.1.

You can check at the https://customers.gfi.com site to see if you have a valid maintenance agreement - With this agreement the update is free.
