I would suggest upgrading to FAXmaker 14 and upgrading your drivers for the TR1034 board. If issues persist, we can go about testing in the Diagnostic tool for this board provided by Dialogic. Once you upgrade to FAXmaker 14, you can open a new case here: www.gfi.com/supportform if handshaking failures continue.
