One thing you need to be sure of is that your mail client is configured to send in plain text. If you are not sending in plain text, the text api formulation will not be seen. If your mail client is sending in plain text, you can stop the GFI FAXmaker services, check the fax@domain.com mailbox and see what is received there, then you can allow GFI FAXmaker to pop the message down, stop the GFI FAXmaker services, and check the Faxmaker\out directory to look at the .sfm file. This should show you if there is indeed a recipient, or if something in the mail flow is affecting the recipient information that you specify.
