I have a couple of servers that are reporting that they are missing over 20 different Microsoft Office patches. However, MS Office is not installed. I ran MBSA and it does not detect the missing patches that GFI does - neither does microsoft.update.com when run on the servers. Any ideas?

What are some of the specific patches GFI Languard reports as missing?

I don't believe you are the only one CMAJEWSK. We are noticing the similar issues potentially but are still investigating. Something happened awhile ago and now we are seeing a flood of office patches needing to be installed but they never install because the full product isn't installed or isn't installed at all.

Here is one such server which is a MOSS server:
(the other server is a run of the mill Server 2003 SP2 webserver)
