I am needing to know is I can use the following statement in the textapicfg.fst file to specify 2 lines of preference for a user. ^Joe.Mills@abc\.com$, ::dl=5 ^Joe.Mills@abc\.com$, ::dl=2 My goal is that if line5 is busy and line2 is free that the fax would go out on line 2. I have a specific requirement that I am trying to achieve.

Hi, Starting from v14.3 of GFI FAXmaker you can configure this information in the Lines/Devices configuration without having to fiddle with textapicfg.fst. Regards, Max Sushchenko GFI Software Ltd - www.gfi.com

If i don't want to upgrade to v14.3, will the entry work? ^Joe.Mills@abc\.com$, ::dl=5 ^Joe.Mills@abc\.com$, ::dl=2 I just need to define an email address to use 2 specific lines, I don't want them to fax out on any other line.
