I still have the problem even after a reinstall

When I select "download all updates from GFI..." I get this

Download update information file...
index.txt - successfully downloaded
lnssupdateinfo.xml - successfully downloaded
lnssupdateinfo.xml - Update file was not found or is not valid.

Try moving all of the files from the C:\Program Files\GFI\LANguard 9.0\Data\Update\ folder into a subfolder on the desktop, then try the update again. If this fails, please open a support request online at http://support.gfi.com/Support/support.aspx?lcode=en and we can assist you with a manual update from our site.
