CCompton, When did you start receiving these errors? Do you have a firewall in between that is returning an HTML page to GFI MailSecurity, when GFI MailSecurity is actually expecting a zip file from our updates web site? If you do have a firewall, does it require proxy authentication? You can configure these as per http://kbase.gfi.com/showarticle.asp?id=KBID002546 The error that you are receiving indicates that MailSecurity is receiving an html file when it is trying to download the content updates (zip file).
