I am currently on vacation returning monday. I will install it then. When I bought the expansion about a week ago it did not check to see if SR2 was installed and happily installed the xpansion into its own folder and I could copy

The Server just crashed AGAIN. The same error messages as july 16 but now the license count is wrong. It states the I have 90+ uses and still counting. I did try to restart the firewall service but the count does not reset. I also did a cold boot still the same problem. Hi Charlie This event is not related to the crash and it does not cause any problems for WebMonitor functionality. I suggest you open a case with support (http://support.gfi.com/Support/supportrequest.aspx?lcode=en) and reference this thread so we can look into this. I did open a case yesterday GFI-090811-15169 I tried what they emailed me, did not work. I replied back via email and have heard nothing yet.
