I'm using Faxmaker 14.3 with Exchange 2007. I've discovered that if, on my workstation, I add a contact to my Faxmaker Contacts and then select that contact to send a fax to, I can use the supported merge fields such as r_first_name and r_last_name in my cover page. That works great. Is there any way that my users can just simply type that info into the form so that aren't required to save that person as a contact first? Sometimes a fax is a one-time fax to a recipient that they will never send to again - it seems foolish to have to save that recipient as a contact just to get their name in the r_first_name field. The Faxmaker Fax Message Form has a To, CC and Subject field. It seems to me it'd make sense to allow the user to replace the To field with a Fax Number and Attn fields. That way, they could just do heads-down data entry into the form without having to pick their recipient from a contact list. Am I missing something here? Is there any way to do what I'm wanting? Thanks in advance. lunchroom
