I am interested in deploying GFI events manager at our company, but the trial version seems to be having trouble picking up Windows XP event logs from our half-dozen telecommuters even though they access our VPN on a daily basis. What would be the the least painful way of using GIF tools to get my hands on these telecommuter event logs?

Other than the telecommuter monitoring issue, the software works fine. Obviously, it is these highly mobile users that I really want to be able to monitor the most closely.

Sure. Plenty of "Error Connecting to Machine" error 0x35 Network Path Not Found

Which I expected to see because these are, after all, telecommuters who only connect to the network for an hour or so each day.
