Hi all, Our server had a power cut, but has come back on ok. However we aren't receiving any emails. Internet connectivity and ports aren't the problem. It appears to be GFI because when I send an email out, I get this error message: Please note that a critical failure occurred on the sender's messaging system at the virus scanning stage. The sender should be notified and reference made to this tracking number: src53_failed_d79c4d33-27ec-4cf5-957d-9d579991d780 Regards, GFI Content Security. Can anyone advise what has gone wrong and how I get email working again? Thanks.

Hi all, I have now disabled AVG as a scanner and emails are now working inbound and outbound. My question now is, where are the emails from the last few hours? Are they in GFI somewhere? Thanks.

According to Exchange tracking center the missing emails came in, but it says that: Advanced Queue Failed to Deliver Message Is there anyway of getting these emails back? Thanks.
