Hi there, After a succesfull upgrade from 12 to 14 at the weekend, I have a quick question about the spamrazer functions. It appears to be blocking a lot of spam, however i am still getting a few come through to a couple of end user mailboxes. These messages are actually tagged with the spamrazer headers though for instance - " [SPAM] - Save up to $1000 on your Microsoft today. - Message was found to be spam: (100%) IP is in RBL" So it appears as though the spamrazer engine is classing it as spam, but not forwarding it onto the central spam mailbox as defined. Any ideas on why this would be?!?

monkeyman, It seems that you have configured the SpamRazer action to tag the emails. Could you kindly go to the SpamRazer Properties and configure the action which you prefer and then restart the IIS Admin and GFI MailEssentials services. Thanks and regards, Ben Vincenti Technical Support Team Lead - GFI Software - www.gfi.com

Hi there, I haven't configured the spamrazer to tag messages i've got it configured to forward any messages it classes as spam to one email address. It's like it scans some and identifies it as spam forwards it to the mailbox, but the odd one or two it identies and tags as spam but then lets it through. I've done an IIS reset anyway just to see if that makes any difference!!
