We recently purchased GFI MailArchiver 6.1, we have the latest build installed. I am using the GFI PST-Exchange Email Export too to export emails before the date that we started journalling into the database.

It was working away ok then suddenly it stopped saying 'Export process paused for the following reason: A large number of emails have a date that does not match any of the date ranges covered by the databases configured. Export process suspended indefinitely' looking in the pickup folder it keeps making a stop.lck file. It's strange because the database I am exporting to doesnt have any specific data ranges.

We first switched on journalling on our Exchange on the 16th June 2009, so I setup a rule to export emails between 1/1/2000 and 15/6/2009 using the export tool.

Any ideas why it would stop?

Make sure that you have configured a rule in the Import Service Configuration with a valid date range and a valid archive store.

Did that and it still fails, it was working fine then suddenly just stopped.

I event setup a fresh database and that didnt work.
