My version is 4.0.20080609, and I installed it by local administrator. Prior to installation, I create a new user by AD and the new user belongs to administrators. Two issues like below:
1) During installation user authentication, if I use this format ->DOMAIN\user, the program can't verify them, so I only use the local administrator to go through. Why?

2) BTW, I remote logon the ISA by its local administrator. After I installation the program, I logged off and logon on in the new user ->DOMAIN\user. But when I open the console, the hints message like "Access to GFI WebMonitor is allowed based on IP or ISA authenticated user name. You can configure which users or IP's have access to GFI WebMonitor from http://monitor.isa. Please consult your administrator." Why?

Once you access the GFI WebMonitor console (by means of the local administrator account) look under Configuration -> Administrative Access Control -> Then add the users you wish to have access in this list. You can also add machines by IP address.
