Hi there, In the Anti-Spam Ordering I have put the "IP Whitelist" before the "DNS Blacklist". In the "IP Whitelist" I have put my dynamic IP address from my ISP. When I send a message from a computer connected to my ISP and I uses the company mailserver (where ME14 is running on), my message is marked as SPAM, by the "DNS Blacklist". The message header: Received: from domaincontrolle ([212.127.xxx.xx] RDNS failed) by which is the ISP ipnummer and also on the whitelist. "07/06/09 10:30:40","DNS Blacklist","xxxxxxx@medialab.nl","xxxxxxx@medialab.nl","test7","Moved to Exchange folder Inbox/Spam","Sending mail server found on bl.spamcop.net" I have checked all the involved IP addresses, but none is on the blacklist itself. I can imagine the message is marked as SPAM because of the dynamic IP address. But the whitelist should disable that. Can someone tell me why this message isn't marked as HAM? And also, is it possible to mark messages from dynamic ip addresses as ham? Thanks!

Run IISRESET from the command prompt to ensure the changes have taken effect. Why are you configuring this? What are you trying to achieve? The sending computer won't be your own IP address anyway. There is a Zombie check on one of the modules that checks for dynamic addresses - disable this to not block dynamic addresses. Also check which DNS blacklists you are using, as some of them include dynamic addresses as part of their scope.

Did the IISRESET, but no success. Users want to use the mail server as SMTP server for sending mail. But even sending to theirselves will result in marked as SPAM message. The Zombie network is disabled Even bl.spamcop.net marks the mail as SPAM. IP number is not listed. But putting the IP whitelist in front of the DNS blacklist, in the module order, should fix this? Is there another way to make sure users can mail from home? Some users do not use Outlook.

Set up a second virtual server on a different port, and enable authentication on it. Have your users use this port to send email. Because the virtual server is not listed in the bindings tab (assuming you're using E2k3), then their email will not be scanned by ME. Also, because you require authentication, spammers won't be able to use this port to send spam.
