Dear All,

GFI ME 14 requires the file format to be xml which I've managed to do so through exporting from Outlook 2007 client. However when I tried to import in ME 14, it says unsuccessful initially and then successful. However I'm unable to see the imported list :(

Does anyone has the same experience?

Try adding a single address (works for me!). You'll probably need to re-sort the displayed list in order to see the added entry.

Check your .xml to make sure it's correct. Export your existing blacklist to get a template for the xml.
