Is there a way to do an "OR" search in the Bulk Export tool? I need to search for two phrases that are used interchangeably, and doing each search separately results in many duplicates.

You ever find a solution for this?  I certainly would like to know how to eliminate duplicate exported e-mails.

I never got a response so I resorted to using an Outlook Duplicates checker. Longer process but it worked.

It seems GFI rarely responds to questions here.

I just had to do this.  You have to use there Low Level Search feature.  It took me half a day to figure out the syntax, to use the not function with both to and sender, but it worked well once I did.  The searches actually seemed to perform faster as well.  Here is a link to there instructions for use.  It does work in the bulk exporter, but you have to make sure that you are selecting whole email as the type and then put the search in that.
