Hello there, I have a problem with GFI Mailessentials 14 on one client. I have activated, that recognized junk mails should be moved to the junk-Folder of MS Exchange. Therefore Mailessentials created an extra folder in MS Outlook on the clients automatically. But for one user this folder cannot be created.Any hints for this problem? Thanks a lot.

It could be a mailbox permission problem. Check the permissions against a working one. A possible "fix" would be to archive the mailbox, delete the mailbox, recreate it and reimport the messages.

Now I tested several settings and I might have got the solution: It depends on the settings of the locally configured Junk Mail Options in Outlook. These settings should be disabled, then it works fine. Kind Regards
