We are looking to upgrade from ME 12 to 14 however I'm having a hard time finding the manual for ME 14 along with any other info I might need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know why you're having a hard time locating the manual, as I gave you links to the manuals the other day...

If you have a current SMA, you can upgrade your key to a version 14 key by logging in to your customer area: https://customers.gfi.com
If not, contact your reseller or GFI Sales for upgrade information: http://www.gfi.com/products/gfi-mailessentials/pricing
What else do you need to know?

Thanks for the info. I failed to check for an update to the previous thread. I believe management has an invoice for the upgrade and new SMA so hopefully it will happen soon.
Is there an upgrade guide out there or is it pretty straight forward?

Every upgrade we have done has been easy. Click the new executable. It will stop your services, update the software, restart the services, and keep all your existing settings.
About the only thing we have to go back and change is the registry setting to append the module name to the subject line.
Your experience may be different, but our experience has been good!

I have had good luck with the upgrades as well. One recommendation, once you stop your services, make a backup of your ME folder prior to performing the ugprade, just as a precautionary measure.
