Hello, When we try to create new addressbook in FAXclient, we can only create Personal Phonebook (directory). Both of "Address book location" options (Personal directory and Global directory) appear disabled. So we're not able to chose Global directory. We have tested this on more than 10 different faxclients. Also we have installed faxlient on FAXmaker server machine and tested again. But same result. What is the correct procedure for to create a Global Directory? Any help appreciated. Regards,

Hi, I'm not talking that part. You can see the exact screenshot below link. http://support.gfi.com/manuals/en/faxmaker/fax14user/fax14clientmanual-1-23.html As you can see I'm talking about FAXmaker client. And You can see two options when "New Address Book" appears. But it is disabled. I understood that we can see that "Global Directory" option enabled with some way. But I couldn't find how to do. All I want is to be able to create "a shared address book" for all FAXmaker client users.
