Hello, thank you for your Answer. But i must say this doesnt work. User A gets an E-Mail with ReadNotification from Outlook, Outlook sends an E-Mail to the Sender of this E-Mail (User B) that User A read the Mail. I want to Delete this Outgoing Information, yes i know there are Policys and Exchange Configurations, but i want to do this with GFI. So i set up the Rule in GFI Security. The Rule delete the Outgoing Mail with the given Subject. But now the Receiver gets the following Parts of this item were removed by GFI MailSecurity for Exchange/SMTP because they breached the security policy of the sending email server. Attached please find the reasons why the offending parts were removed. Betreff: GFI MailSecurity has detected a threat and removed the message. Parts of this item were removed by GFI MailSecurity for Exchange/SMTP because they breached the security policy of the sending email server. Threat report Subject Words in subject triggered rule "Lesebestätigung" (Words found: Gelesen:) But i dont want that anyone gets an information about this outgoing notification, not the sender not the receiver. Thank you Best Regards HWB
