how can I do to send the fax to the mailbox user recipient?

As long as you have appropriately configured your Email2FaxGateway to point at your Mail server that hosts your GFI FAXmaker licensed users email addresses and configured your connector(s) (assuming an internal Exchange server) on your Exchange box, a received fax should go to the user's mailbox.

my apologize ernestbyrd, i made the wrong question.  the question is:
I have two users( user one and user two). the both use the same isdn phisical line to send fax. but only user (one) had assigned the fax number example913223607. the fax number of user two is a dummy number. we have lotus notes client.the question is:

how can i do send to fax of user one to the mailbox user two?

You need to specify an individual routing method for the recipient.  You can either go about giving the secondary user a unique DID route, or even set that secondary user to the receive all faxes group.  The only problem is if you use the receive all faxes option, that secondary user will indeed receive ALL faxes.
