Outlook 2007 crashes and requires starting in safemode to disable the addon. Any suggestions?

What build of GFI MailArchiver are you on? You can check from the Version Information Node. If you are not on the latest build you may want to consider upgrading and upgrading to the latest Outlook Connector.
