Hi after installing the Outlook connector as per the instructions on this site via GPO, the Application Event Log on my Mailarchiver server is filling up with 1004 Errors:

Detection of product '{90120409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9}', feature 'OutlookUserData', component '{8ADD2C9C-C8B7-11D1-9C67-0000F81F1B38}' failed. The resource 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\UserData' does not exist.

Has anyone come across this?

I take it that the installation did not finish, correct?

If this happened only on one machine you might want to try and repair Outlook via Control Panel - Features and Programmes

hmm now thats a good question. I am having trouble with getting the GPO to succesfully deploy the connector so maybe it's not installing correctly

The question is pretty much the same. First important thing to know would be if the deployment fails for all machines or only for one or some of the workstations.
