hi everyone Gfi webmonitor Report pack only report by ip address . how can generate report by user name . i have Active Directory and Domain . Users Can Authenticate by Active directory and Isa 2006 configure only with Authenticated User. Web monitor Can Show Users Conection with User name but when i Try Generate Report with web monitor Report pack, report Generate only with ip address and no user name. can help please ? tankyou in Advance .

Me too but I believe this is a feature request, in general, for ReportCenter/ReportPack. I'm using WebMon090515, WebMon ReportPack 5 20090313 w/ ReportCenter 3.6. The issue or feature is currently lacking in the BO/Crystal Decisions. We bumped into similar issue in EventsManager/ReportPack but GFi support has confirmed their development has no immediate plan to fix that. I hope the WebMon Team has a different priority. ;-(
