Hi to all, I am using GFI languard NSS with build number: 20090313 and my problem is i do a full scan to my network to see who's machine don't have a NOD32 AV and when i am done the scanning and try to check in software audit node i notice that all of our machine don't have a NOD32 AV even mine infact i have a NOD32 av running on my machine i check to add/remove program and it seems that NOD32 av is listed there, so i am just wondering why my AV can't detect by GFI languard

You can find the file at "Program Files\GFI\Languard 9.0\Data\Security_Updates.xml" Typically, the XML file works as follows: 1. GFI Languard locates the registry key that indicates the folder path where Nod32 is installed 2. GFI Languard identifies the date modified of a specific file or folder (The Virus Definition Update file) 3. GFI Languard downloads a file from the software vendor's website and looks at its date modified. 4. GFI Languard lastly compares the date modified on these two files to see if the local virus definitions are "up-to-date" You typically will need the following information on hand to properly edit this file: 1. The registry key that indicates the file path Nod32 is installed in 2. The file name where the local anti-virus definitions are saved 3. A URL to the latest virus definition files on the Nod32 server
