Hi,

i'm currently evaluating the software to integrate it with our accouting software.

I configured it on a computer (computer A by example). I didn't use an exchange server so I configured an IIS smtp on my computer A.
So on this computer, with our accounting software, I send an email to 1111115555@faxmaker.com from my IIS SMTP Server and the redirection to the faxmaker server is done well and everything works (the fax is sent correctly).

When I'm trying to do the same thing, but on an other computer on my network (computer B) it doesn't work. My SMTP Server seems to do the redirection correctly to faxserver because i'm able to see the task in Queued Faxes from FaxMaker Console but after 4 seconds the task is deleted before to be sent.
I have nothing in the Logs so I don't know what happen.

Somebody can help me with that?

Did you receive any errors in the Fax administrator's mailbox, or to the email account associated with the user on computer B?  My guess is the user that sent to the FAXmaker server, where it dropped after a few seconds, is not configured as a licensed FAXmaker user.  I suggest setting this user as a licensed FAXmaker user in the FAXmaker configuration, restart your GFI FAXmaker services, and test again.  See if this helps.
