atechadmin, there are several things you might try. This depends if you have enabled debugging for MailSecurity and MailEssentials. Both, for that purpose, have a registry value called "Debug" in HKLM\Software\GFI\MailEssentials\Config resp. ..\ContentSecurity\MailSecurity\Config which would need to be set to 1. However, first I'd start looking for the message in your Exchange message tracking and see what happened there. Please post your results here.
