Hi,

We have to get downloads and updates via our proxy server (Company Policy) but when I enter the details and hit apply they are all there but when I go back in the details are all missing and so updates etc are failing.
Does anybody know how to fix this ?

Hi Scott,

We are having the same problem. The file toolcfg_general.xml gets overwritten and we loose all proxy settings. It does not get information from IE. We were able to update this file, then change the rights to the file as read only. This seems to be working, but we are still testing it. Anyone have a proper fix or solution?
