problem with email alerts

Hello everybody,
when i send a test message, the result is OK.
But i don't receive a mail!!!

what is the problem???

Do you get the test email?  Also, does any "user" within GFI EventsManager have a email domain outside of your own domain?

The test message is send ("the message was sent successfully") but i don't receive the email.
I send the email at an external adress (***@yahoo.fr).

Can you try testing this with an internal e-mail address?

With an internal e-mail adress, i receive alerts email.

I believe the issue is either with your mail server not allowing relaying from the GFI machine, or the SMTP Authentication is not configured properly.
