It's been going on for over a day and Norman supposedly released an update yesterday to correct this. However WebMonitor grabbed an update at 4:00 AM today and the false positive is still occurring.

When will this update be available to WebMonitor customers?

The upgrades released by Norman undergo testing at GFI before being released. They should be released to you typically within 24 hours.

It's been well over 24 hours and this problem is still occurring. Our last Norman update was at 2:00 AM this morning yet the signatures still show this:

Active. Version: 6.1.5(10) Signatures:3243671. (2009-06-02 13:29)

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I have a call with one of your distributors this morning regarding a possible LSS purchase. What do you think I am going to tell him? How happy I am with GFI's responsiveness to a known problem with a known fix?

No need. The definition update released earlier today has corrected the problem.
