We send out broadcast faxes to our carriers asking for information on the loads they hauled for us. These broadcast faxes go out in the early morning. When we receive the notification of success or fail, the administrator (me) gets all the confirmations. Is there a way to stop these confirmations from being sent (as it doesn't matter who gets them, just I end of up deleting them from my email box and it bugs me)? Are there codes to use on the Word document we send out (I am using Word 2007 mail merge) to control this? I do still want any failures to be sent, but no success.

Hi, You can disable transmission reports from GFI FAXmaker Configuration->Advanced->Transmission Reports. Regards, Max Sushchenko GFI Software Ltd - www.gfi.com

But that disables all the reports. I only want to disable just for certain faxes. I wasn't sure if that was possible.

When I send a mail merge and it has 30 faxes to it. I want a success/fail confirmation email on the rest of my faxes during the normal course of business. But a one off approach (if there is some command to use) as I need it. we send faxes daily and probably come close to 100 or so outbound. At 2 am each morning I send out a group of faxes (all under one mail merge) that I want to put some code on the fax document that will not report back a success but only report a failure (or not report anything regardless of status). Does that make more sense? The rest of our faxes, I still want the standard success/fail confirmation to report back to the person who sent the fax.

I didn't know if I scared you off or not. I wasn't able to find any solution for this. Any ideas, Max?
