Hi,

GFI MailEssentials Technical Manual The exception is normally caused when MailSecurity is trying to read the following registry key:
[SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\MSExchangeIS\\VirusScan]

In you case, the registry key is either missing or there are some values which are missing. Can you export the registry hive and post the exported hive to the forum please?

Hi Nicks,

I've checked and the registry key is not found in MSExchangeIS.

Hi dcpromo,

Have you resolve your issue?
I've resolved mine 2 days ago. I've contacted GFI AP support and they provide the following suggestion:
1) Jot down your configuration.
2) Uninstall ME.
3) Rename GFI Content Security folder.
4) Delete GFI Content Security registry.
5) Download the lastest MS and perform a clean install.
