About 2 weeks ago I had to create a new Newsletter on the List Server. Shortly afterwards, I was notified that people were not receiving internal emails from each other but were able to receive them from outside. Up until this time I had no issues and have used the List Server before with no problems although it has been a while since I have actually created a new Newsletter.

After I restart the server everything works fine for about 5-10 minutes then the list server and email flow breaks again. If I uninstall MailEssentials and reinstall everything works perfectly fine until I make changes to the list server. Once I make changes to the list server it stops the email flow within minutes. As long as I stay a way from the List Server feature everything else works perfectly fine. Unfortunately, I need this feature to work...

If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. I am running Enterprise Server 2003 R2 SP2, MailEssentials 20090325.

Thanks,
dakxyz

How many Newsletters and Discussion lists do you have?

Sorry for the late response...

There is 2 discussion lists and 1 newsletter. I believe I found the problem. A few weeks ago I enabled the disclaimer. It seems once I disabled it, I no longer had the problem. I guess this is work around for now but I do need the disclaimer to work. Any ideas?
