When I go to the web interface running on NSM (Default port 11695) the status report doesn't update.  It has an old Last results update time and the only way I can get it to update is by running NSM Reporter, in which case after creating the report it updates the web interface status.  Have I missed something or is there any way I can have it to automatically generate a status report every 5 mins or so?

We are having this same problem.  Both the "Monitoring Checks Status" screen within N.S.M. 7 Configuration program and the "Status Monitor" webpage have an old "Last Result Update" date.

One visits these screens to see if anything is failing & whether NSM is working or not.  This makes it look like the software is not working and old information is being displayed.

Please, GFI, change how this works.
