Status: offline 		Interesting...i did some testing and my new keywords/phrases that have been added since upgrading work fine... Any changes I make to keywords take effect immediately and everything appears to work normally.

Status: offline 		wjhaase, it looks like you're not happy, seeing as you've posted the same link to a "competitor" several times. Did you ever contact support regarding your issues or did you only rely on the forum contributions before making your decision to move away from GFI?

Status: offline 		You are correct: I am unhappy with GFI's ME software.  I wanted to share my resolution with the threads of each of my outstanding issues: NDRs, licensing of internal emails, and increased uncaught spam.  Why is there are forum if legitimate questions go unanswered?  I shared the link, because it it not easy to find.  I wish someone had sent it to me earlier.

I did contact GFI support, and they requested that I purchase a support license before addressing my problem.  Based on GFI's licensing, this may be a perfectly legitimate request, but I disagree with charging customers when software breaks.  I guess I think you should charge what the market will bare.  $3/user/year for gmail-grade filtering made my decision easy.
