When adding mutliple search conditions in bulk export, is a boolean AND or OR used to string the seach conditions together?

I would think it would be OR.

Is there anyway to do a boolean OR? I have a request for all emails that say "CBC" OR "Office" in the subject line. If do each individually there are alot of duplicates that have both CBC and Office in the title that I don't want to be duplicated.
