Hi,

I have installed GFI Mail Archiver for Exchange 5.0. We have an exchange 2003.
Journaling for incoming/outgoing emails was already enabled before installing GFI.

GFI has been running for almost 2 months, and just know we noticed that when browsing
any users emails or when searching, only Internal emails within the company show up.

- At the exchange level, Journaling is enabled for External and Internal emails.
- At GFI, In Archiving and User Exclude Options in GFI, i have selected to Archive Inbound,Outbound, and Internal Emails.
- There is nothing left to pickup from the journal mailbox.

Any ideas of where the external emails are going?

If you stop the GFI MailArchiver services, and watch messages fill up in the journaling mailbox, do they contain internal AND external messages?
