How do I remove a computer from the management console that was removed from service before the EPS4 agent was uninstalled? I tried to Delete it then "Deploy selected agent(s)" but it is stuck under Scheduled Deployments. Thank You.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: This advise may cause serious harm to the GFI EndPointSecurity application if not done correctly.  Create the necessary backup files before proceeding.

The only way to remove this type of 'machine stub' is to manually edit the Program Files\GFI\EndPointSecurity\Data\toolcfg_computers.xml file.  This file contains a list of all machines that GFI monitors. 

Change this file with great caution.  If you have a maintenance agreement with us, please contact us at http://support.gfi.com and we would be happy to make this change for you.
