Hi Guys,

I configured the GFI Event Manager for my server machines, and I was getting alerts untill the 5th of july but after 5th of the July I did not receive any alerts and I have seen in the Event Browser that critical and high levels events are occurring and also the GFI is performing its activity on the configured machine, the only problem I am facing is that I am not getting any kind of alerts i.e. mails from it.

One interesting thing I have seen is that in the alert option the configuration is same and correct and if I send a test message I get the email alert but not for any event and its happening from last two days. 
 
Please help me in this reagrd its really very urgent.

Hello mobi_khan,

Have you tried restarting the GFI EventsManager service to see if this corrects the issue? If not, please do so and let us know the results.

Also, please check the operational history for any errors or warnings being generated when GFI EventsManager tries to send an email alert. You will also want to ensure that if you have any AV software running on this machine that the GFI directories are being excluded and if its doing any port filtering that you allow the esmproc.exe process to use port 25 for email notification.
