John Letourneau -> RE: Error logging in (15.Jul.2008 11:29:35 AM)

tom504,

Please stop the GFI MailArchiver services and the IIS service and go to ..\Program Files\GFI\MailArchiver\ASPNET\profiles and move the profile for the user you are attempting to log in as out of this location.  After the profile is gone from this folder start up the GFI MailArchiver services and IIS service and attempt to log in again.  Let me know how this goes.

We had a similar error and we found that simply deleting or moving the profile solved the problem, no restart of services was necessary.
