Hi,
I think the Temporary Granted Access Feature can be enhanced that its current situation.
Now the user has to go to c:\program files\ and launch the application
then he has to send the code for the administrator, this can be through mail or over the telephone and then the administrator has to input the code and grant the user the temp access.
Why not implement the feature in this way:
The user launch the application and request temp access.
The administrator see the request through the EPS Server Console
Then the administrator can accept the request and schedule the temp access or he can deny the request and drop it.
In this way , the request code will be invisible to both the user and the administrator.
